What is Glutathione?

Glutathione (Glute-A-Thigh-On),  is known as the “King Antioxidant” or “Master Antioxidant”.

What exactly is it?

Glutathione is a peptide made of 3 amino acids (building block of proteins):

  • L-Cysteine

  • L-Glutamic acid

  • Glycine

Why is it important?

  • Glutathione neutralizes free radicals that cause cellular damage
