Sniffles? Cough? Fever? Try these natural home remedies!

  1. Wet sock therapy or Magic Warming Sock (see next post on how to do)

  2. Drink warm lemon water with honey, especially if you have a cough or dry throat.

  3. Boil lemon water with ginger and add honey to taste. Timeless remedy that is effective when you’re not feeling great.

  4. Contrast baths 3mins hot, 30secs cold do this 3 times. End on cold. This improves blood movement in your body to get your fighter cells to where they need to go.

  5. Steam inhalation or humidifier (if you have one). Great for dry cough.

  6. Drink room temp or warm water. Teas and soups also count. This helps to get your blood moving as well.

  7. Most importantly, sleep as much as you can. Your body needs all the energy to fight the infection.
